Bob – thx for the comment and the tweet.

I think the “fuss” is showing a deepening and broadening in the energy industry. New facets are being examined for potential profits and improvements. The bloom tech is looking at the process. Wind and solar are about the inputs. Carbon capture is about the result (though we have yet to see any commercial tech on this facet).

What will be next?

Ah ha! Now I get it. Thanks. These are very good points.

I guess another good point is the theme Kurzweil always hits about technologies (all technologies) doubling in capability every 2 years. It doesn’t always hold true but if it does with Bloom we are going to just be better off faster.

Way to go Steve! Been watching your travels back & forth coast to coast. Glad you ended up back in the area to help move the gov’t in that (green) direction. Even non-profits like gov’t will benefit from Going Green. Congrats!

Thx guys. I figured with all the snipey arguments out there I could add value by assessing the situation.

One of our biggest issues will prob be to stay on target and keep accomplishing, not letting the personalities and egos get in the way.

This is a good piece. I agree with Matt. Big take-aways for me from your post are that gov2.0 is hard work and it is very much about community.
